TERRIBLE, like all the other reviews. My order took a month to arrive with ZERO communication (only because I had refunded through my bank due to no delivery or comms) When it FINALLY arrived, someone responded but the order arrived incorrectly - sugared almonds were gross, not packed in a food safe way and the order was partly wrong (which I was queried if I had done another order, which I hadn't). Once I got the bank refund sorted so the business could process the partial refund, they refused to communicate again - leaving me out of pocket for the unusable almonds and part of the order. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE. They also mislead the bank to avoid paying the partial refund. Dishonest conduct. Useless, defensive, amateur and immature way to run a business. Better off paying a bit more and have peace of mind - especially around special occasions. The pots were great but they refused to exchange, refund or sort out the ones they sent that were the wrong colour.

My experience with Casa Di Perla has been so amazing! Unfortunately I had listened to horrible reviews which caused some issues and stress on my end thinking that I would never receive replies and be scammed of spending hundreds of dollars with no product. That is very far from the truth! Olga was very understanding and patient with me, and the Bomboniere are absolutely gorgeous! They are a long standing business which is run quite old school and is not what I am used to. If you are thinking of reaching out to Casa Di Perla for any of your events, please do! I was not disappointed 🥰

Ordered on November 15th, NO sugared almonds delivered, NO reply to emails. Party I needed these for has been and gone. I unfortunately read the other reviews AFTER ordering. Absolutely Unbelievable! I want my money back!

EDIT - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! MY ITEMS NEVER ARRIVED, AND I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN MY REFUND. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. I'm so disappointed in myself for not reading these review prior to spending more than $250 with this business. Placed my order a month ago. I called to follow up a few days later to ensure it had been received and all good to go and I was told the order was being shipped the next day. Two and a half weeks later, it was sent, and is now delayed by the courier who cant give me an answer as to when it will arrive. I need the items for the weekend, they will not arrive in time, so I have requested a full refund. All day today I have sent communication via Facebook, email and also left messages on the business phone and no one has contacted me back. I'm crossing my fingers that the owner does the right thing by me and just gives me my money back, so I can go and quickly sort something out!

I am hoping that by posting this someone finally responds. I have been waiting over 6 weeks for my order and it is nearly impossible to get into contact with anyone, let alone get a confirmation that my order has been shipped. I have tried calling almost 20 times today alone and have been sending Facebook messages to which no one has responded to for 7 days. I will be going to the ACCC if I don’t receive a response within a reasonable timeframe.

Purchased 3 weeks ago and still yet to receive any confirmation or order update even after multiple calls and emails. Will be opening a case with the ACCC TODAY if there is no response.

I’ve tried you contacting for my order an no reply. Your phone number doesn’t work either!
