OHLALA DRESSES

Absolutely brilliant service and quality! Purchased a gorgeous evening gown last minute & the beautiful lady went out of her way to ensure I was happy with everything. Definitely worth having a look here as there is something for everyone 😍

Ohlala was recommended to me by a friend, you used to be able to rent/hire dresses from here but they no longer do so. The 2 stars isn’t because of that - it was because of the customer service. I tried on a dress unaware that OhLaLa no longer hires out their dresses. When I asked the worker how much it was to hire the dress I tried on, she told me that all the dresses are only for sale which is fair enough. However once I said that she quickly became disinterested and seemed to want me out of the store. I also wasn’t allowed to take photos of me wearing the dress..

Went in looking for a dress for my daughter 21st. Great customer service, making sure we felt comfortable asking for advice. Didn’t feel overwhelmed or pressured to buy, what can happen in very high end places. Really recommend if you are looking for a special dress for a special occasion. Big variety in styles, colours and sizes.

I am in awe of the customer service here and the care they have for customers. I came in stressed looking for a last minute dress and the help I received is unmatched. Would recommend and definitely will be coming back. Thank you to the beautiful team and the beautiful Ikhlas.

Very disappointing service. At first we were told we could "order to try" dresses, but when it came time to order, the story changed, we had to pay in full without seeing them first. I raised concerns about sizing as they didn’t have the dress in stock, but the owner offered no solutions, never mentioned they could take measurements, and later blamed me for not asking, how was I meant to know this when I had already expressed concerns? When one dress arrived too small, they refused to help, told me to resell it on Facebook, and even missed a scheduled appointment without notice. Unprofessional and unsupportive, would not recommend.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my purchase today! As someone who is quite minimalistic in taste, buying a dress for a wedding is nerve wracking for me. Olivia was lovely, honest, very accomodating and found me the perfect dress. There’s something for everyone and she definitely looks after her customers. If you have any doubts please don’t, just go to the store and let her work her magic

Olivia was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent customer service. The pricing was reasonable, and there was a great variety of dresses to choose from. I would absolutely recommend stopping by.
