I went to MH Pacific Fair as it was the nearest suggested to me by customer service support as I needed to repair my earring's broken butterfly back. This mature blonde lady wasn't eager to provide quality service as she insisted to get it checked to other MH stores as they don't have it or also she doesn't want it to be repaired. Making it very inconvenient for me to travel far. I also do believe they might have durability issues as I got it fixed the first time after buying it and wearing it normally for a week, then 2 weeks after the fix it broke again.
We had a very bad experience before Christmas ,with the service at the Pacific Fair store. A mature blonde lady was extremely rude. We are loyal customers and usually shop at the Robina store, where Donna always provides excellent service. We hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your customer care.
I was upset with a past experience from this store, however, after speaking and dealings with the manager Cherie today, I am very happy with how helpful and understanding she was. Couldn’t be happier with the result. 🙂
Halli is absolutely amazing she always has a smile on her face and willing to help, highly recommend this place because of her
Thank you very much to Cherie & Tatiana for the great service and help with my wife's jewellery. Amazing service and friendly staff. Cherie went above and beyond to help with locating and fixing a few back end issues with details. All sorted now. HeadOffice, should look at the Robina store. Their customer service was dreadful when I went in last week to fix the issue Pacific Fair fixed in 2min. Robina store even questioned if the jewellery I brought in was theirs and refused to help me in anyway. Saying I wasn't in their system. Pacific Fair found it in 2min. Have a great day ladies, I'll see you both in a few weeks 😊🔥🔥
Great customer service and very polite staff. Can definitely recommend Michael Hill in Pacific Fair.
Savannah was fantastic! Did a minor repair on an important piece of jewellery for me on the spot. Such amazing service, thank you!!
