I wanted a drawing I made to be embroidered in a jumper for my friend’s 30th birthday and it came out amazing! Foroozan and Rosie were just unbelievably helpful, advising me on size and position. They were very communicative and the job was done and ready in 2 days. I highly recommend fabrik and I’ll be using them for any clothes alterations or any future creative projects of mine.

I had a wonderful experience with Zerusa at the Fabrik studio. On very short notice she made me a stunning top to match a skirt. It was gorgeous and looked beautiful. In addition she added a touch I hadn’t thought of. Could not be happier. She is an artist. Highly recommended ! 🤩

My partner and I are both illusionists with some unusual alteration requests for props and costumes. In our experience Foroozan did a fabulous job on our garment and also created from scratch; customised prop items in fabric. The stitching was perfect and her care to attention and detail is highly commendable. We will definitely be using her services again. Many thanks!

Absolutely appalling customer service ,do not use this business for your alterations ! My partner took in multiple items to be altered upon her arrival to collect those items on the agreed day nothing was ready. Therefore the order was rushed and completed within a day due to that nothing was completed as per discussion. Once the items had been received by my partner and close examination of them, She contacted Fabrik Sewing Studio asking for a refund for the garments that are unable to be used. This is where fabriks assured her that the 30 years of experience ment that no issues would ever come from the studio. Along with telling my partner that many of the issues she had caused herself Regardless of all of those issues the store should at the minimum offer a refund and move forward it is such a small dent to a company to refund $200 when they messed an entire order up. Yet they continue say my partner caused issues and they did nothing wrong I cannot belive that a store based in the center of Brisbane can get away with treating customers like this. It is appualing. I very rarely post reviews on a negative term however,I strongly adivse anyone from taking their items here to be altered
