I had such an amazing experience at Sweethearts Bridal!! All the ladies there made the process so easy, they were all so lovely from start to finish and truly had my best interest at heart. Sandra was especially incredible! She clearly knew exactly what she was doing, and with her expertise, she picked out some stunning dresses and picked the one I ended up falling inlove with! Edith was also an absolute highlight of my experience. She was so professional, kind, and attentive, she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. After visiting a number of stores in western Sydney, I visited Sweethearts - and I'm so glad I did. From the very first consultation, I was warmly greeted by noni who encouraged me to try a range of dresses. She has a fantastic eye for style and what suits, and is HONEST about what doesn't! Soon after I ordered a beautiful Martina Liana dress as well as Jadore bridesmaid and mother of the bride dresses also. I was so happy with the quality and fit of my dress when it arrived, there were only minor alterations to be made! the dressmaker was fantastic to deal with. You can tell she has had plenty of experience with her close attention to detail when working on each of the dresses! Overall a great experience dealing with Sweethearts Blacktown - highly recommend!

Amazing experience at Sweethearts the whole way through! all the ladies were beyond helpful and kind, special mention to Robyn who helped me find my dress. Christie who did my alterations did an amazing job! She fixed the neckline of my dress to make it flattering and remove cleavage. She was beyond helpful with everything I wanted changed! She made my dress fit me like a glove! I highly recommend!
