Fantastic service received today by a young Scottish lady, super friendly, greeted upon arrival and told about specials. Super helpful on selection and recommended fit. Service was fantastic and will definitely return.
I visited the Nude Lucy store today and was served by Tayla who was so attentive, helpful and kind. I had a lot of specific things I was looking for and she was able to recommend and style clothes for me perfectly. I left feeling so confident, and will definitely be coming back to shop more often!!
I went in twice in the last two weeks and was completely ignored both times after being in store for several minutes. The second time the girl was standing at the counter texting the whole time. I walked straight out and spent hundreds in kookai next door instead where the girls were all lovely.
Loved the ladies customer service and attention to detail to finding a comfortable outfit for an occasion that is timeless and wearable. They have such confidence and fashion advice! Only Downfall is nude Lucy please make above XXL for your pants, the shape is great, but us curvy folks need room more room! Bless the workers Thankyou ✨
Barely post any negative reviews online, but time feel humiliated by the customer service today this morning. I tried on a few items and was not happy with any of them. I return them to the counter and told the staff I was not happy with them. She asked me any other items today? I said not really. She said no way to me straight away with a very angry face. 🤷♀️
Walked in, 2 staff on too busy talking to each other to acknowledge myself or anyone else in the store. No offers to help us find anything the few minutes we were in there. I went in looking for a specific item but I’d rather buy online. A real shame because I love the brand
I went into this shop a few days ago and when talking to staff about the fit of a product they said " it makes you look rather wide, maybe try Uniqlo for something that’s more fitting for you"
