I had my wedding dress made at ARA Experience in 2024 and it was honestly the best experience. The staff were so warm and accommodating, they made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. I went back recently with my sister and the owner remembered me and asked about my wedding. The team were so happy to have my sister use their services too. Such a lovely team and an all-round amazing experience both times!

I had the most beautiful experience at ARA Experience creating my wedding dress. From the moment we walked in, Lily made us feel so comfortable and welcome. She was incredibly friendly, genuinely listened to what I liked, and also threw out suggestions I wouldn’t have picked myself — which ended up being some of my favourites! Lily has such a great eye and made the whole appointment feel relaxed, fun and special rather than overwhelming. I never felt rushed or pressured, just supported and excited. It honestly felt like she was just as invested in finding the perfect dress as I was. If you’re looking for a stunning dress and an even better experience, I can’t recommend ARA Experience enough. I had the most wonderful experience with Penny and the team at ARA. They created the wedding dress of my dreams and exceeded all expectations with meticulous attention to detail. The dress was made of such beautiful high quality fabric and was a versatile design that was interchangeable between a floor length gown and mini dress with pockets, removable sleeves and bow. The customisation of ARA dresses is genius and I couldn’t recommend them more!

From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond for us, especially for our best friend who’s getting married. Penny and her team are truly incredible. I came to her with an idea for a dress for my reception, she has an amazing eye for design and came up with a dress that exceeded my expectations. While trying on options and exploring different options she made me feel so welcome and beautiful. Throughout my appointments I was impressed with her attention to detail in regard to the fit and finishing details of my gown. It fit incredibly well and I felt absolutely stunning on my wedding day.
