Drinks? 5/5 Service? 5/5 Food? Yeahhhh........ Ordered a chicken burger (seen previous reviews showing a large amount of delicious looking chicken hanging out of the bun) chicken was very over cooked and a small burger, especially for the price. Bun, salad, sauce and pickles were great, just wish there was more of it, with chicken that wasn't dryer than over cooked breast. Chips were also great, just wish they gave more than a babies fist worth of chips with it. "Award winning steak sandwich"? Yeah listen, only award that is winning, is for longest time chewing. Steak wasn't a scotch fillet, and was also tough (even being cooked to medium), I've honestly had more rump steaks that are more tender and juicer. Salad, cheese and sauce were good, however the servicing size was pretty short, compared to other restaurants in the area, especially for the premium price.

Bayview has great views and the staff were great. To enhance dining experience though these were my observations. The acoustics in the dining area were very loud and it would be good to have folding doors that open up for airflow into the dining room. More tables and chairs also on the balcony off the dining room. Other than that it’s a great place.

Great view ..food overall was very good ..Chicken parma juicy Scotch fillet also tender and juicy. But unfortunatly the grilled snapper was not only small but dry...however when enquired about by the very nice young lady looking after our table l told her about the dryness and the fish was replaced without fuss and the replacement was both moist and tasty.. An enjoyable night out.

Absolutely fantastic braised lamb and mash. It was promptly served, properly heated, including the vegetables. Very pleased. My partners had the squid - he said it was ‘melt-in-the-mouth delicious. Cider to accompany also excellent. It was a great apple flavour with fine bubbles. Altogether a wonderful meal. Thank you Bayview.

I try to never give negative review but this experience was sub par. The place is a bit dark, it's hard to see the menu. The place is noisy and cold... We had to keep the jacket on. The pizza came out burnt and the other one was in my opinion small for 28$. In the end they were kind, we didn't pay and they offered us a drink. I'm sorry

The view was great! The food is the regular pub affair. We thoroughly enjoyed the desserts.

Food Fab, service great. Great view of the bay. We were a group of 8 but unfortunately the area needs to be proofed for noise. We could not hold a conversation with even the person sitting beside us at table. We loved the food and drinks unfortunately we left after our mains, we would have stayed for more drinks and bought dessert.
