Elderberry Event Hire

We used Elderberry for our wedding at the Fairhaven Surf Life Saving Club in November. We couldn't have been happier with their communication throughout the entire process and the incredible job they did in bringing our vision to life. The florals, in particular, completely surpassed our expectations. They were absolutely stunning! We had ummed and ahhed about trying to organise the furniture and styling ourselves, but after our initial meeting with Brittany we knew we had made the right choice! Brittany was such a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable and has a calm and friendly way about her. We felt truly listened to and trusted her completely. Elderberry completely took the stress out of planning an interstate wedding. We couldn't recommend them more highly!

We used Elderberry for our wedding in Jan 2025. Words can’t really do justice to this outstanding events hire business. As far as vendors go Elderberry was our MVP for sure. Orla was a joy to work with from start to finish. She and her team are incredibly organised and friendly. They brought our vision to life in the most spectacular and tasteful way. Orla is blessed with an eye for colour and design and we trusted her completely. It paid off wonderfully with the stunning ceremony and reception set up, florals and lighting. Seeing it in action for the first time on our big day was seriously jaw dropping. There were so many decisions to work through about details in the lead up to the wedding. Each little thing was noted and they did not miss a beat. They had a great range of items to choose from to suit any desired wedding aesthetic. It was also so convenient being able to get florals and hire so many different items from the same vendor. We thought their prices were fair compared to other options too. It really can’t be overstated how amazing Orla and her business is. I will forever be recommending them to anyone planning a wedding or significant event.

Elderberry provided the Cocktail Styling & Floristry package, Ceremony florals (inc a bespoke collar for our dog!) and additional hire items for our garden party wedding. Their communication was fantastic through the process, and they were extremely helpful guiding us with selections for the day, and keeping the experience fun and breezy. They were also very reasonably priced for the beautiful setups they achieved. Highly recommend!

Our vision for the wedding was flawlessly executed by the team at Elderberry. Elderberry managed all of our furniture and florals for our wedding at Willow & Stone, and the level of detail, quality and professionalism contributed to the happiest day of our lives. It didn’t take long to see the creative spark come to life when we met Talla - the brief we provided started showing through mood boards and meetings as we worked on the vision for our wedding. On the day, every floral display was perfect, the bouquets and buttonholes exquisite, and the styling of furniture on the day made our venue an inspiring one to get married in. Honestly blown away by how lucky we are to have found this company! Booked them for our wedding on 01/03/25 and the quality of work they provided for us was incredible. The lead up to the booking was so organised, then correspondents on the day was perfect. The team erecting the marquee led by Dale and his crew were absolutely terrific, not only great workers but ripper blokes and just friendly to our whole family!
