Really good set up! Food service came out quick and was delish. What really stood out was the friendly staff - ALL of them were happy to share a smile, very accommodating. Shout out to Aidan who came over and I produced himself and got us set. Proper service for sure.

We had our Christmas party here and it was such a great time. The staff were super friendly, the food was delicious, and the game centre and bowling were so much fun. It’s a fantastic place for group gatherings, farewell parties, or any kind of celebration. Highly recommended!

Worst food ive had in a long time, I managed to eat it but didn't enjoy one bite. Maybe a new chef? Food was over cooked, chips visibly brown and bacon crispy black. Beer was flat with new head, tried 3 different beers same result. Kids loved the arcade Came in on a Tuesday we were one of two tables.

Vegan Parma / Vegan Parmi / Vegan Schnitzel !! AWESOME! (Also has vegan pizzas) This place is an adults timezone! All the fun in a spacious building, with yummy large serving size food, alcohol and a great atmosphere. Had a great night thanks staff 🙂

Tonight we celebrated our twin nephews’ 6th birthday at General Public, located in Corio Village, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The food was great and came out incredibly fast — which is a lifesaver when you’ve got a group of excited and hungry kids! Everything was fresh and yummy and timed well so no one was left waiting. The service truly stood out. Throughout the night, three or more staff members came over to check on us, making sure we had everything we needed and that the party was running smoothly, including bringing out the birthday cake on a huge serving platter board alongside plates and spoons for everyone. That level of attentiveness made us feel so well looked after. The arcade deal was such great value spending $31 at the bar and receive a $10 arcade bonus. It was a brilliant bonus and kept the kids entertained for hours. There’s so much variety for all ages, including bowling and pool and plenty of seating which made it just as enjoyable for the adults as it was for the kids. Overall, it’s a vibrant, welcoming venue with something for everyone. We had an incredible time and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend for parties or even just a fun night out!

We had the absolute best experience at General Public thanks to Aidan. From the moment we stepped foot in the door, we were greeted with a smile that instantly made us feel welcome. He went above and beyond by setting up our cake on a nice wooden board, which made the day feel extra special. And he even offered to take a photo of our whole family together without us having to ask. This thoughtfulness meant so much to us and really showed how much he cares about his job. It was honestly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had, and we’ll definitely be back because of the exceptional service provided.
