Japanese Mountain Retreat Mineral Springs & Spa

Absolutely exceptional stay at Japanese Spa Retreat with Deborah and her wonderful team. We travel quite a bit, but this experience was on another level of luxury. From the moment we arrived, we were treated so beautifully and made to feel completely relaxed and cared for. The food was outstanding, with lovely complimentary cocktails that were a real treat. The Japanese breakfast was a highlight and has genuinely inspired us to eat like this at home. Every treatment was amazing, but the Roman bathing experience was truly unbelievable – like nothing else we’ve ever experienced. Such a relaxing, indulgent stay in every way. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning our return. Highly, highly recommended.

The entrance eludes serenity & peace as you are greeting with the giant budha that stands tall in the driveway!|Take a walk through the magnificent gardens that reflect a Japanese theme & peaceful vibe. Discover the 2 waterfall ponds & beautiful palms & bamboo that send you into a trance..... ahhhh moment!| All this followed by a 50 min relaxation massage with the gorgeous Katarina.The spa theme is Morrocan completed with excotic tiles, paintings, tea sets,devine comfy beds and stunning lights for that extra sparkle! |Staff were friendly, relaxed and very accommadating & made me feel special. |Delicious turkish deight to finish the experience...thank you Katarina for making me feel relaxed & your magic touch of gentleness. |Highly recommend this spa for an experience like no other! Over the years I have visited this spa by myself and also with friends and my husband, and whilst it is perhaps more expensive than some other places, for me it really is worth it! From the stunning location to the most beautiful massage room I’ve ever been inside with incredible and extremely talented staff I always leave the retreat feeling like a fresh new version of myself. Definitely a luxe experience I plan to enjoy again and again!

I had been given a voucher which I used for a massage. The space was lovely as was the massage and therapist. I was given tea and Turkish delight afterwards. The person "checking me in" wasn’t overly friendly and when I’d finished my tea I left without speaking to anyone as no one was around. I had already given my voucher number on booking. Just a couple of little things and perhaps they were busy. But it did impact my experience.

My fiancé treated me to a spa and dinner package at the Japanese Mountain Retreat for my birthday. It was absolutely amazing. The customer service, massage and spa was excellent and we had a very enjoyable and relaxing time. The dinner was also delicious with a nice gesture of a complimentary card and birthday cake. Thank you again, we will come back for sure!

The most relaxing vibes, beautiful decor, hot tub was heavenly, massage was super relaxing, friendly and well presented staff. The villa was beautiful. I received a card for my birthday 🎂. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience. Highly recommended for a nice relaxing experience
