We honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Louise and her amazing team. From start to finish. Everything ran smoothly, and our wedding day was absolutely stunning. Louise took the time to truly understand our vision and brought it to life in the most beautiful way. Every little detail was considered, and the whole day felt effortless and joyful. The teams calm presence and eye for detail made the planning process so easy and enjoyable. We’re so thankful to have had them by our side and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone planning their special day.
My wife and I were deeply dissatisfied with the 'services' provided by Hunter Events. After entering a contract with them nearly a year before our wedding in October 2025, they unilaterally decided to withdraw their services just 3 months before our wedding, claiming that we no longer required their services despite us paying them to coordinate our wedding leading up to and on the day. They also claimed that our agreed budget had changed when it had not. They did not find a replacement coordinator or fulfil promised planning of services as per the contract. At this point we had spent thousands of dollars on deposits and instalments and they did not offer fair refunds despite not fulfilling contract terms and services with due care and skill as per Australian consumer Law. I cannot recommend their services.
Hunter events was the best company to have help and support you through your wedding and event needs. I was lucky to have the support from Hunter events with any of my wedding concerns. If I didn’t know what company to use, Hunter events had all the answers. I was extremely lucky to work very close with the beautiful Gaby. She became a massive part of our wedding and was there on the day to make sure the day went as perfect as possible and my goodness she sure did. Hunter events was always there for a chat, email or face to face meeting, I never felt like I was not in the loop. Great communication and wonderful workers that work with the company. Louise and her team did such a fantastic job, we've been planning with Hunter Events for nearly two years, everything was so simple and stress free and we were able to trust the team through the whole experience. Even in moments where we were struggling, the team were so understanding and helped us work through it. I can't thank Hunter Events, especially Louise, Maddy and Jaymie, enough for their incredible support and expertise! They took care of every detail, from styling to organizing the entire wedding day, which was especially helpful since we didn’t have bridesmaids or groomsmen, plus we are based in Sydney but the venue was in Hunter Valley. Their guidance made everything seamless, and Louise even took on the role of MC, ensuring everything ran smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to bring our vision to life. They truly made our special day unforgettable!
