Kahlie from Popup with Style recently planned, styled and coordinated our micro wedding and we couldn't recommend her more highly. We had a loose vision of what we wanted our wedding to be like and Kahlie used this information to create something beyond our wildest dreams. She pulled together vendors including the venue which we would have never found ourselves to create the perfect day. Kahlie truly went above and beyond for us, was so easy to work with, extremely generous with her time (she even gave us recommendations, tips and contacts for a post wedding party we were planning separate to the event) and made the whole wedding planning process fun!

Choosing to get help from the amazing girls at Popup with style was 100% the best decision we made for our wedding. I actually could not of done it without them! Jess was so amazing and totally understood the style we wanted and suggested vendors that fit with that style. We were planning our wedding from overseas so removing the stress of this was such a lifesaver. Lots of people commented on how wonderful the celebrant, food, band, flowers were and these are all things that Jess recommended to us! She made sure that everything ran smoothly on the day including holding our oysters in the freezing cold that we snacked on while getting our photos done. Everything was totally perfect and it was due to Jess and the team running around making sure it went seamlessly. If you are wondering whether to book Popup or not I would say 100% do it as it’s the best money you will spend for your whole wedding!

We were fortunate enough to have Kahlie plan our wedding last week at Barunah Plains and it was honestly the most incredible weekend of our lives! Everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much Kahlie for bringing our vision to life! It was honestly the wedding of our dreams, in fact it was actually even more amazing than we could have ever imagined. Not only did everything look spectacular but it was also so much fun! We can’t thank you enough for making our dream wedding come true and for being so fun to work with. We miss talking to you!!

Eleanor and the whole team at Popup With Style are just the most delightful women to plan your wedding with! The whole process was a joy! We are eternally grateful for Eleanor's dedication, attention to detail, creative ideas and problem solving skills to make our wedding day the best day of our lives. What was also amazing was the constant support, regular meetings, updates and ease of communication. We always felt the love from Eleanor & the team and the atmosphere created by them on the day was truly magical. Booking pop up with style was the best decision I made ! I had a cluster of themes from Starwars, Marvel, Disney lord of the rings and an overall elvin fairytale. This may sound like it's going to be a visual cluster but not for Kahlie she took it and she created the most amazing spectacular blend of these elements. From the moment I first booked around two years from the big day Kahlie was available. No question was too big or to small no request was to difficult. I felt so at ease knowing that one of the biggest stressors of the day was in such incredible hands and I was able to just enjoy the process of leading up to getting married! Kahlie created the most beautiful venue space and was such an amazing person to work with my venue would not have been transformed into the space I envisioned if it wasn't for her I felt so at ease at comfortable that I let Kahlie run with how she envisioned the space, and her take on my vision, and it was the best decision. She takes the time to get to know you and what you love and is able to pull things together I didn't even think of ! I Can't thank her enough for everything she did ! We engaged Jess as our wedding planner aka CREATOR OF MAGIC. It wasn't something we thought we would need, but once we had our first meeting we were 100% sold! Jess and her team from Pop-Up With Style were worth their weight in gold. If you are planning a wedding where your venue is a blank canvas, Jess’s team will make all your visions come to reality, no matter how jumbled they might be, and she'll work with your budget. They were always available to help with the little details in the lead up to the wedding and stepped it up again on the day. Jess had the right mix of ‘let it flow’, and ‘we need to do this right now!’ approach. We work away, so having Jess to rely on to pull all the Vendors together before our wedding, to completely entrust styling to, to co-ordinating everything on the day, just meant that we could enjoy the lead up and our day even more. No "issue" seemed too hard, and their happiness and easygoing attitude was infectious - they really are the experts! (Also, pretty sure it was their magic that lead to us having the most perfect weather on our wedding day.) Thanks team!!!

Jess and the girls were amazing through our whole planning process. When we first met with Jess, we knew we’d made the right decision to get a wedding planner. We thought only people in movies got a wedding planner but she was affordable and we thought why not! She made everything in our minds happen and the on day coordination was amazing. Everything definitely wouldn’t have run smoothly without Popup With Style!
