Found this company to be very unprofessional. I drove to collect a backdrop and giant numbers. After I collected and drove away to my hair dressing appointment they messaged me advising they forgot to give me part of it and to "come back"- no apology. Took an extra 40 minutes out of my day to go back. Once I got home and tried to set up the back drop frame I was having trouble getting it to stay together. Asked the company for advice and was told I had to cable tie it? This is an hour before my event and they don’t supply the cable ties!! Would be handy to have this information prior. Found yoghurt all over the backdrop and took me ages to clean it. I let the company know along with a photo and they said "we don’t have yoghurt at home" as if implying I did this myself - again no apology or compensation. Personally would avoid renting again from this "business"
