Kiani was the best wedding day coordinator and we’d highly recommend her. Kiani was an absolute breath of fresh air and has such a warm nature it was an absolute pleasure to have her there taking the lead on our big day. From the minute Kiani arrived I knew she’d be all over everything and she truly was. She was so attentive and made sure everything was perfect so that I didn’t have to worry. No task was too big for Kiani- not to mention that she had a 5 week old baby at home whilst she was with me making sure my wedding was perfect. We will be forever grateful.

As a photographer, I’ve had the chance to work with a lot of wedding planners, but Kiani really stands out. She’s so organized and calm, which made the whole day feel effortless. I could tell she genuinely cared about making everything perfect for the couple, and that made all the difference. From coordinating with vendors to keeping the timeline on track, she handled it all with ease. She’s also super easy to work with—clear communication, positive energy, and just an overall joy to collaborate with. Our wedding was on the 3rd of July 2025, and I had booked Kiani 2 years out. From the moment I booked Kiani myself and my now husband met with her, and she was so understanding and instantly saw our vision. We had endless emails and so many meetings, where she would always clarify, offer advice and never made us feel like we were too much. She then offered to carry and pick up our cake, cookies and equipment and bring it over to Fitzroy Island, whilst all being pregnant. I cannot recommend Kiani enough, she is a wonder woman whose aim to ensure your day is perfect. Kiani was the most understanding, hardworking and commitment vendor we had, and I honestly cannot recommend her enough. She also MC'd our wedding and made the entire night so much more fun and entertaining, our guests were so impressed with everything she did. KIANI IS AMAZING!
