We partnered with Hunter Events for our Multicultural Street Food and Fair Festival, and they made the entire process incredibly smooth, relieving a lot of the pressure of organizing the event. They were solution-oriented, addressing everything without hesitation and anticipating many details we hadn’t even thought of. From managing stall holders and placements to handling paperwork and coordinating everything on the day, everything went flawlessly. It went so well that we’ve decided to work with them again for our upcoming events.
Bikers for Kids have worked with Hunter Events Group since 2020 help deliver the iconic Newcastle Toy Run. The team have, without fail, gone above and beyond to work with us to ensure the successful and safe delivery of the event and we continue our great relationship in 2025 and for the foreseeable future. I just wanted to say a genuine thank you for everything the Hunter Valley Events team did to deliver Fiesta this year. Coming in with only six weeks to go and effectively rebuilding the event from the ground up was no small task. Your leadership, particularly in working through supplier pricing, sorting through the legacy contractors, and bringing structure and confidence back into delivery was outstanding - thank you 🙂 Please also pass on my thanks to Amber and Brooke. Amber, in particular, was exceptional, she carried an enormous amount on the day with professionalism and calm, and was, quite frankly, a superwoman. There were a few small hiccups across the event, but none were a reflection of Amber, Liv, or the team, and all are things we can easily refine for next year. The clearest measure of the job you all did is the outcome. - This was the largest turnout the event has ever had; historically the event has not exceeded 2,000 attendees - We had approximately 2,500 people on site at any one time consistently when counted each 30mins between 11:00–14:00. Preliminary estimates are over 6,000 attendees across the day. - Every stall holder I spoke to said this was the best organised they have attended - Our survey results showed 96% of attendees said they would attend again. In short, you helped turn around a very difficult starting point into a genuinely successful and high-impact event - thank you! It was a pleasure working with you and the team, and I am looking forward to what we can build together from here.
