IF YOUR UNSURE OF YOUR PURCHASE.....AND MIGHT NEED A REDUND. DONT SHOP HERE. If I could give a 0 I would. I have bought a few things from here but never had to get a refund. If your not sure of your item don't shop here. I tried to return a pair of earring within the 14days as specified on the receipt and they made it difficult to refund. My son purchased it and I took his card with me but he paid on his phone. So they needed his phone but they were willing to give me a store credit but not refund. So today I went to watergardens with my son and his phone and they gave him a hard time there to. The lady did not want to refund again until a younger girl stepped in and did the refund Terrible place to shop. Will never walk into this store.

My partner and I were shopping for ideas on engagement ring styles and sizes, we were jumped on straight away by a girl who I believe was named Tiana. Even though we had no immediate intention to buy, she was extremely helpful in her entire service. From styles in the shop to even the aspect of care for engagement rings and the quality of metals you would want to invest in for a forever ring. Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve seen in ages. Super genuine and friendly!

10/10 Customer Experience Here...!! Bit of a story -- looking to make a gift 🎁, something specific... Checked out 2 stores and a jeweller craftsman for a thin, curb chain bracelet to create a special Taylor Swift friendship bracelet out of (Yes you read that right! 😚), Georgia + Olivia not only took the time to help me find the right bracelet, I felt they had my best interest at heart, and we took all 4 of their hands and 40mins (it was a quiet moment) to help me assemble the classiest Swiftie friendship bracelet I have ever seen... Walked into Airport west - retail Assistants served many other customers before me. Retailer said "sorry" which I don’t believe. Is they were sorry they would have stopped serving and served me!

I must share the wonderful experience that I had today at the Airport West store. Jennifer, Pina and Kayla, you are all outstanding and went out of your way commencing from my initial phone call a couple of weeks ago till today when I came in to collect my daughters birthday gift. Such a great team providing very friendly and professional service. I could also see the other customers instore feeling the same as you all interacted with each other and each customer making us all feel very welcome. Service like this is hard to come by these days so a huge thank you is warranted for this store and its team. I'll definitely be returning here.

Disappointed with the customer service, Kris or "Kristine" keeps on shutting you up as you talk on the phone which is extremely disturbing. We had rings resized by the store which did not fit well but were pushed to pay again to get them sized correctly (we were promised a quote but they ended up resizing and forcing us to pay) I will be looking elsewhere next time
