Oroton Miranda

I recently had the most disappointing shopping experience with this so-called "luxury company." Earlier this year, I purchased a pair of their Astrid Sunglasses. Upon unboxing and trying them on, I immediately noticed that they were crooked. I visited the Miranda store to exchange the faulty pair for one that was properly aligned. When I explained the issue to the sales assistant, she told me that all of their sunglasses are like this and that I should take them to OPSM for repairs. I was very concerned about this advice—why should I have to go to a different retailer to fix a new pair of sunglasses? I also asked about the warranty and whether taking them to another store could void it. The sales assistant could not give me a clear answer, instead suggesting that I try to fix them myself by heating the wire and bending it. After emailing customer service multiple times over the course of a month to express my concerns, they eventually offered a replacement. However, the replacement pair was also faulty. This experience has left me extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I expected far better from a luxury brand. I will not recommend shopping from this store for there quality of products.

Staff are helpful when I was trying to choose which one I like

They had a sale on and it was huge. I got 70%off. Staff were lovely. The product is first class. Such a great company to have that's also Australian. I have a wallet I use every day, I've had it for over 3 years now and it's still in great condition. Can't fault this place.

So impressed with the customer service offered by Oroton Miranda. I was purchasing a special gift which was made all the more special by the oroton staff who were so accommodating. Not only transferring the bag but also welcoming the earlier pick up date I requested. The product is beautiful, I would recommend their services and look forward to purchasing from then again.

Had a lovely potter around here last weekend. They have gorgeous handbags, wallets and accessories in this store. The quality of leather in the handbags is excellent. Lovely colours and lots of different styles and sizes of bags. Something for most occasions. When you have an Oroton handbag it's an investment as they last for years. They are more expensive, but worth it.

As being recent customers, we enjoyed our time shopping at Ortorn. Looking for a beautiful handbag as a gift, the friendly staff helped us decide on the perfect choice out of so many. This is a great Australian-store for purchasing great gifts for the loved one.

Had rung up the store before I went there to confirm if they had a bag in stock. Not only did they not answer twice, but I spoke to a lady who did not listen to what I was saying in regards to her looking at the wrong bag. She provided me the wrong article number of the product and even though I told her that’s not the right article number she continued to disagree with me. I asked her to search for the CORRECT article number matching the bag I wanted and she said no sorry we don’t have that one so I’m not going to search it. Quite disappointed with the lack of customer service and customer care. So for her mistake I then had to order it online (when this was for a birthday present on the weekend) and wait for shipping. And as I was in the area (unplanned), I visited the store just to be sure they didn’t have it and to my surprise they did. Oroton, please educate your staff members on the importance of customer service and customer care. Not only did she not offer to look at another store, she simply refused to help as well.
