Purchased a bracelet with locket Dec 24. The locket keeps bending and breaking. I took it back and the bracelet was replaced. The new bracelet is exactly the same, the locket keeps breaking. It cannot be worn at all 🤷♀️🤷♀️ why would I waste that much money on a bracelet that can’t be worn. The locket is so weak it is not going to hold together and it will be lost. No refunds are given even if it is a manufacturers fault. Very poor quality. I feel very ripped off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE. The only positive is Leah’s customer service.
