Swarovski Watergardens

Went in today to change the size of my ring. I met 2 beautiful and lovely ladies. Violet and Fiona. Fiona helped me out with getting this fixed, she was very proactive and made phone calls to help me and was very patient. Even though it took a long time to get through to help on the phone, Fiona was very calm, happy and helpful. She even tried her best to get the same price for me as it was bought 2 months ago. Thanks heaps for getting this sorted out for me 🥰😊

went this morning to buy a pair of earrings and was helped by violetta, she was very helpful and sweet although service took longer because she was manning the store alone i didn’t mind, she was very sweet and detail oriented. loved my experience here, just browsed around while waiting. would love to be helped by violetta next time as well 🙂

Poor customer service. I bought a birthday gift and asked for special gift packaging, which was not provided despite being told it would be done. Very disappointing for a luxury brand.
