I love this little pop up store ALTHOUGH a store like this needs its own bigger spot. Can't wait until it gets one. I am IMPRESSED by such wonderful service I received by Larissa at Mimco. She has amazing personality, presence and customer service skills. I love Mimco BUT she has made me ONLY want to buy from this particular store and only while she is working. Well done Larissa - I just hope most people that work in retail are as amazing as you.
Had a great experience today with staff member = Seda who was approachable, friendly & patient. Store has 20% off and was busy but she didn’t get side tracked with other customer yet said hello with a smile. And check if I had gift voucher in my account so I can used it before the deal would expire. Great customer service experience.
Was served by Tahlia (not sure of spelling) on Saturday 20th August 2022, her customer service was wonderful, very helpful friendly young lady. She took time to chat to me and gift wrap my purchase immaculately . Thank you an amazing experience from Mimco staff member.
