Wonderful, old fashioned service, where nothing was too much. I dropped off a watch for a battery change. The watch is nothing fancy, it holds sentimental value as it belonged to my mother (who grew her angel wings almost three years ago). Thank you for your pleasant attitude, and for enjoying listening to my singing. I will return when I am ready to buy myself a new watch.
A thorough and professional experience the whole way. I had two of my favourite watches that needed various repairs. My Omega is fifty years old and required specialist attention. I'm extremely happy with both the outcome and the time and attention that was paid to my pieces and they were treated as if they were his own. Wonderful. Highly recommended and fair pricing indeed. Couldn't ask for more.

After mister minit couldn’t help and other jewellers had a 2 week wait my watch band was fixed in 2 minutes by the most lovely watchmaker. Very good value and even gave me a sweet treat for my birthday! Highly recommend.

Whenever my watches need service I take them here. Mr Sharma is a real gentleman and incredibly friendly and always brings the watches back to as new condition. Time keeping on my automatic Oris is back to where it used to be after the last service and the cleaned up bracelet looks it came straight out of the box. Prices are also very reasonable, highly recommended!
Sharma is a total gentleman and very knowledgeable in what he specialises in. He serviced my Omega Seamaster Professional Chronometer 300 Watch nearly 3 years ago. I can honestly say that my watch has never operated better. Since the service the time keeping is amazing..........15 second difference per month ! fantastic result for an automatic watch of this vintage and this is Thanks to the calibration by Sharma.
