Hi, I recently made a purchase over Christmas and was chasing the order as I was told there would be some delay’s as the team had over 3000 orders to complete, I was absolutely delighted by the exceptional customer service I received. The girls went above and beyond to personally deliver this to me on Christmas Eve. I’ve been waiting 2months for one necklace and one bracelet that was meant for a Christmas present; I made the order on pre Black Friday sales on November 18th, it’s touching January now and nothing! Their head office has stopped communicating with me and the Freshwater store NEVER answers their phones so I went into the store where they said my order has been "escalated" didn’t get my order or email regarding a delivery date. So many people writing up similar reviews, this is totally unacceptable behaviour from a well established company-hope we have your attention now!!!!

My order was delayed for 8 weeks- they ended up sending an entirely different cheaper looking bracelet and cancelled the other order. Garbage 0 stars.

Absolutely love Alana Maria Jewellery! The pieces are so pretty and delicate, and the styles are super unique. Everything feels really good quality and sits nicely for everyday wear but still looks special. I’ve had so many compliments wearing their pieces and will deffs be buying more.

I ordered a necklace with charms back in November. When it arrived, the clasp was broken. I returned the necklace in full, expecting either a replacement or a refund. Instead, they only sent back the clasp — not the necklace. Since then, I’ve been emailing and calling customer service for months with no acknowledgment, no updates, and no resolution. I even sent a clear ultimatum this week stating that I would pursue the issue through my payment provider and relevant consumer protection channels if I didn’t hear back — and still no response at all. To ignore a paying customer for over three months is completely unacceptable. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had, and frankly it’s a joke. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.
