I had a lovely experience at Gray Reid Gallery! My partner bought a beautiful ring there, but unfortunately, a ruby fell out. The team was incredibly understanding and promptly replaced it without any hassle. I also took my own ring in for resizing, and they did it beautifully and very quickly. With a wedding next month we wanted a unique engagement ring and wedding bands. I took my engagement ring to Gray Reid for re-sizing, a clean and polish and a valuation (for insurance purposes). Given my fiancé proposed with his Grandmother’s vintage engagement ring, it was important to us that we took it to a jeweller who was experienced in vintage jewellery. Anja was extremely friendly and very helpful throughout the process. I am absolutely over the moon with the end result – my ring now fits perfectly and I can’t stop staring at how gorgeous and sparkly it looks after the clean and polish.
