Jewellers Vault

Having realised that my cross had fallen off the chain due to the original link wearing through and snapping, I was seeking it to be repaired urgently. I was in Capalaba one day and just walked right into Jewellers Vault and asked the lady if she could fix this for me, im sorry but i did not ask her name. Without hesitation to help me, she reattached the two within 5 minutes. This might be the smallest job she could have ever completed but it had the biggest meaning to me. A truly wonderful service from a kind and talented lady. Thank you.

Claudia has crafted three beautiful rings for my husband and me, repurposing our old jewelry. She designed my engagement ring using three cherished pieces from my mother, precisely to my specifications. Claudia is now working on a pair of earrings from the leftover materials. Her creativity and skill have produced stunning, meaningful pieces that we will treasure forever. Thank you, Claudia, for your exceptional work.

Claudia is a master of her craft! She has made 3 stunning pieces of jewellery for our family, using old stones and gold we provided. She has also restored, repaired and re-designed a much loved, but aged, engagement ring, and a family heirloom ring, handed down from grandfather to grandson. Her design work is outstanding and her craftsmanship is second to none. We proudly call her ‘our family jeweller’. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

Had a new clasp and clean on my bracelet via postage which was very easy, wow so happy. Also had a silver necklace done but my wife put it on straight away, so no pics lol Claudia does great work +++

From the first phone call Claudia was very friendly & helpful & it was great to speak to the actual jeweller. I live on an island so it was a leap of faith to post my wedding & engagement rings to her, it shows how comfortable I felt with her. The email response was very prompt & comprehensive, with several options & advice & photos to help explain it all clearly so I could decide on the repairs needed & the remaking of the wedding ring. It took a little while but the rings came back better than when they where first made. Claudia's workmanship & professionalism is 5 star & would recommend her to everybody. I cannot speak highly enough about Jewellers Vault! Claudia was half the price I was quoted at Stephen Dibbs to put my diamond back in my ring. I just collected my ring and was floored at just how great it looked! My 10 year old ring looks brand new again!! These photos do not do my ring justice! Thank you so much Claudia!!
