Quite a rude old lady speaking down to me like I was an idiot today when I went in and asked about a repair on a silver necklace with a broken clasp catch. I explained to her that the necklace was about 5 years old and was wondering if they gave lifetime warranty on there more premium products, considering this necklace cost about $700 a little while back I didn’t think it was to out of the ordinary to have good warranty. She then re directed me to a private independent jeweller repairman (helpful yes) and somewhat explained the repair after not understanding what I was talking about whilst we had a silver necklace down on the counter and I was pointing and showing her which bit was broken, she said they would "solder it", solder is for electrical wiring purposes usually so I was a bit baffled by that and she got all flustered and after thinking for a while she then said "no they will repair it with silver" so silver not solder…

I just had the strangest experience. I went here to buy a silver chain. I wanted a belcher. The woman behind the counter wanted me to have a curb chain. She was really serious about me buying her choice of chain. She even said, "I know it's boring, not flashy like the one you want, but that's the one you need". FOUR TIMES I tried to buy the chain I wanted, but she would not sell it to me. She was adamant. She was wearing a curb chain, and she was selling me a curb chain and nothing else. I really wanted to buy from them, but eventually I had to take my custom elsewhere. I know this sounds very odd, but every word is true.

Went into buy a id bracelet for anniversary gift for my husband Chose one with watch band links thinking it could be extended if necessary. Had it engraved. Husband has slender wrists but bracelet is too tight. Prouds cannot extend it. Sent me to Mr Minute who also cannot extend it and frankly laughed at the size of the bracelet as sold for men. Absolutely useless and very disappointing.

Terrible staff I just bought earings from there today. I was served by the manager who when I asked can I pay after pay and had already paid for my earings . She flat our just said no too late. I do know she could have done a refund and re put them through as after pay for me. I don't know who promoted her manager because her customer service skills are disgusting . It was not about me paying for my earings with after pay it's the fact I got brushed off
