No wonder Swarovski has gone down hill. I made an online purchase last night of a bracelet and earrings. It is a gift for my daughter so decided to pay the extra $6 for "gift wrapping". When I went to pick up the items I was informed that the earrings were being posted out to me for some unknown reason and the bracelet was wrapped but shoved into a tiny bag that was way to small for it and looked ridiculous. I opened the box to I sore t the bracelet before giving it to her and it was wrapped in some cheap thick type of glad wrap. Not the experience you use to get from this brand and won’t be shopping here again.

I recently called the store to inquire about a jewellery piece I was interested in. The call was answered by a staff member named Monica, whose manner was extremely rude and unprofessional. While I was trying to ask her questions, she was speaking to other customers in the background and seemed more focused on them than on our call. Her tone was abrupt and dismissive, which left me with a very negative impression. It’s unfortunate, as I had been seriously considering a purchase. Thankfully, there are many other jewellery stores in locally.

Kirby greeted me as soon as I walked in and went above and beyond to help find the perfect ring for my mum. I work in customer service and honestly 10/10 experience and service🥰

I submitted my feedback (privately) online through the store’s feedback form - which offered for someone to get in contact with. I never heard from anyone, hence this review instead… When I entered the store, I did so with the plan of spending a lot of money on a 21st gift. I was the only person in the store the entire time. There were three sales assistants but they did no assisting whatsoever. In fact, they completely ignored me as they were too busy socialising with each other. I was invisible. I browsed for a while, seeing a couple of pieces I was interested in and then I patiently waited for one of them to acknowledge my existence. They didn’t, so I took my money and went and spent it all at Laondrim Jewellery where the service is always outstanding - even when the assistant is on their own and serving multiple customers.
