Love this store. Vanessa is incredibly accommodating. When I wasn’t able to choose a size she let me take both home to decide and I bought the other one back the following day. This is the type of service you receive when you take the time to build a long term loyal relationship with local business. I buy all my incidental gifts here and always find a suitable last minute outfit for any occasion. Love you guys.

We purchased a really expensive jacket and the store forgot to remove the security tag. We emailed them to ask for assistance as we live over 2 hours away. No answer. We called numerous times and no answers. After reading other reviews, we can see why.

Amazing service and support. Lovely shop, fab staff

Although I didn’t buy anything today, I really enjoyed my experience of visiting the store. The attendant was so lovely and we got talking about the new Matiere premiere perfumes. She made my day so much sweeter with her great advice, if I lived closer I would happily visit again and buy.

Absolutely shocked with the customer service. From the first moment on the phone and hearing my voice (and probably hearing that I have an accent) the staff spoke to me in an extremely rude way. Instead of listening to its customer the lady just talked over me and then simply hanged up on me. She handed up on me because I tried to explain that it’s illegal to refuse refund/exchange on sale items under australian consumer law when the items clearly don’t fit (at the time of purchase staff recommend the size that was incorrect). Not only this shop has unlawful refund/exchange rules they also refuse to have any communication to resolve the issue.
