Meet That Store

Don't ever buy from this shop. I paid for a dress and was supposed to get it the following week. 8 weeks later after 101 excuses, fake tracking details, empty promises of it arriving in the next few days, new one has been sent..... still no dress. Then I read the comments here and it's the same story. Asked for a refund multiple times, finally I got that. Such a frustrating ordeal and poor customer service. Will never step into this shop again.

How incredible is Suzie! Popped in to shop for a dress to wear to both a wedding & a funeral in the same week. Beautiful stock selection, lovely quality, current styles & bespoke fabrics. I was blown away by Susie’s assistance, kindness & genuine service. What a gem! Reading some of the below reviews is shocking because my experience was easy 5 stars in all aspects. Thank you for being a locally owned independent shop with old school quality customer service! 🫶🏽

WARNING please do not order ANYTHING from this store online. There is something wrong with the owner. She compulsively lies. My experience was exactly as were those of other reviews by girls named CK, Kim, Edwina, Chloe, Lauren and Sonia. Stories and lies and no contact etc. False tracking numbers. False stories. Australia post said nothing was ever sent. I did get my refund but only because I contacted the supplier direct who contacted a Loren. Its not worth the month long run around. The others girls were 100% correct. DO NOT ORDER ON LINE. Repeat STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE

Customer service is excellent and they are honest with their clients. It’s my go to shop and I’m never disappointed. They have a good range of products and sizes. They are always getting new stock in that is more unique than the same collections you find locally.

I always have a pleasant experience when I walk into ‘Meet That Store’! They are so friendly and happy to help me with sizing and coordinating an outfit! There is so much variety from casual to dressy and even when my size isn’t in the store they will go above and beyond to get it in! I highly recommend this beautiful little boutique! I’ve never walked out without buying something!

Absolutely love this beautiful shop. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I only shop here for my clothes as the styles and quality are the best and very reasonably priced. Every time I wear an outfit I receive multiple compliments from friends.

Great selection of clothes ranging from casual all the way to elegant dress wear. The staff are always accomadating and so helpful with there fashion advice. Loren the owner is in store and loves to chat with her customers. I can always walk in a buy something for any occasion. A great local shop with great customer service and beautiful clothing. When your next in cronulla you have to drop in and check them out!!
