They really need to upgrade their digital system sooner or later so customers aren’t inconvenienced every time having to bring in paperwork for a cleaning. You mean to tell me you DON’T have records of a customer’s biannual cleaning for how many years now? Yikes.

I bought a ring online but size is too big. It should be quite easy to change the size but they say they can do nothing about it. Although I am willing to pay for additional costs. Not good customer care.

Best customer service amonst all Michael Hill branches. Venushka answers all the questions we have. She provided the best option MH can offer, based on our needs. I hope MH will keep her. Without her unwaivering customer service and great eye for jewellery styles and quality, we might not come back to this shop anymore. Kudos to Venushka 👍

A huge thank you to the ladies at Michael Hill Burwood in Westfield. I had 2 badly tangled necklaces; one of which was a diamond necklace I had purchased from the jeweller on level 2 near Woolworths and he refused to help me!! I ducked into Michael Hill on a whim as I've made purchases there in the past and they were always very friendly. They offered to try and help me and asked me to come back in 20 minutes. To my absolute delight when I returned they'd managed to untangle them at no charge. I was blown away, you don't get service like that anywhere these days and your kindness won't be forgotten. I never take these 2 necklaces off but I had day surgery yesterday so I had to remove them which led to them becoming tangled. Thank you so so much 🙏 It's great to know there are still people out there who genuinely care and want to help others.

Soo disappointed i saw a pendant online which says it is available in the store but when I went there they said they don’t have it I drive almost 45 min to get there

The Indian older lady needs to learn respect and manners! I have spend thousands in Michael hill and I will not be purchase again now. I went in to get my engagement ring resized down and this woman acted like i was a peasant and asked had I been more slender when getting the engagement ring! And then when I had informed her that another store had sized it up when I had requested it to be sized down for my wedding (in 5 weeks), she said was I not educated to have noticed it was bigger, I explained that the store employees there said that my engagement ring and wedding band where the same size so I trusted the staff. But after a few wears I just new it wasn’t right. Then she said again are you not educated. I took my rings and paper work and left the store. She proceeded to still shout as I walked out. A review would need to be done! The manager was hiding in the back also wile this was going on!!!!

AVOID.. I was hesitant to attend this store after reading the reviews but i knew what i wanted so i thought it would be an easy process. I was approached by a pushy sales women who was trying to scam me, didn't know i was in Bali. I wanted to order a ring but she was telling me that it couldn't be done, instead wanted to charge me and extra $180 to have to in store ring brushed and made into my size. They also had a $20 promo for signing up and spending over $100 ( i was spending $1200) which she and the manager told me wasn't valid for my purchase. therefor trying to scam me $200. I went to Michael hill Rouse Hill and got the honest service that you would expect.
