Prouds the Jewellers Burwood

Found some great Black Friday deals on their earrings for a gift. Not sure who served me but she was so friendly, kind and helpful. Very happy with the service I received here.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Nathan during my visit, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole shopping experience a breeze. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered excellent advice without any pressure. Thanks to his help, I found the perfect piece, and his customer service was top-notch. Highly recommend visiting Burwood Prouds, a truly outstanding service!

I visited Prouds Jewellery on June 5th around 5 PM with my sister to buy a watch for a friend’s birthday. The watch had already been chosen, so we went in just to make the purchase. However, the experience was very disappointing and upsetting. When I asked a male staff member about the watch, his first response was, "Do you guys have a budget?" The tone was rude, and the way he said it felt racially biased and judgmental — as if we couldn’t afford anything in the store just by looking at us. I left the store feeling humiliated and angry. There’s no excuse for that kind of attitude — it was rude, condescending, and clearly racially biased. It’s unacceptable for any staff member to treat customers like that. Prouds needs to seriously address this kind of behaviour if they care at all about respectful service and basic decency.

This is a good jewelry store with wide range of jewellery to chose from, Located on the ground floor of Burwood Westfield Shopping Center. The store is currently offering 50% off selected items.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. What type of store worker laughs at their customers? The ladies there need to learn a thing or two about customer service. No, hell, basic respect, even. The Prouds??? More like The Ashamed, because they should be ashamed. Unbelievable. Despicable. Deplorable behaviour. This is an embarrassment of a store. Absolute atrocity.

Times are tough, right….cost of living sux…someone please ask Michelle Bullock from the RBA tips on him to save money… I am a god-parent purchasing a gift for a baptism and the item I had purchased goes on sale 2 weeks after purchase and I ask for a refund for the difference. I get company policy is as it is, to a business they don’t need the consumer they only need the sale. I was told too bad we don’t give refunds and although lots of other companies out there are happy to honour that Prouds are too proud to help. $100 is petrol for a week, haircuts for all my kids, half my food bill just to name a few things that that I would spend it on, I guess my only mistake was walking into Prouds…. Perhaps this was the last time….from a previously loyal customer.
