Love dealing with Tracey in the Harbour town shops. She is very professional and we bought 3 watches going in for 1. She loves her job and very good at it. Thank you beautiful Tracey she definitely deserves a pay rise

We had such a delightful time at Timeless Watches with Queenie.. She was so helpful, patient and kind with us while we were making our choices. My eldest was choosing his very first watch and he wanted it to be perfect. Queenie was so patient and encouraging whilst giving him space to slowly choose his first piece. She guided him gently and allowed him to explore different pieces at the same time and eventually helped him choose the watch that best suited him. I'd recommend Queenie anytime and Timeless Watches definitely have a wide range of watches to choose from.. The store was absolutely busy on the long weekend. Tracey did an amazing job, serving 4 customers at once including myself but Tracey managed to serve us with the highest level of customer service whilst still having another few customers patiently waiting. The store could use extra staff if possible especially during weekends or busy periods. Thank you so much Tracey for selling us the most beautiful watches that we wanted. We will be back
