Sandeep is just awesome, I came in and I showed him what I needed and he found me a laptop that was even better than what I wanted and gave me a fantastic deal on it. Highly recommend him and I would ask for him by name next time I come in.

Avoid Centre Com – Takes your money, ignores Specific questions in your emails, and ghosts your order. I am beyond outraged by the absolute lack of professionalism and basic customer service from Centre Com. I purchased an item 4 days ago that was explicitly listed as "In Stock." They were quick enough to take my full payment immediately. However, after checking my order status today, I discovered the item has been removed from their website and is listed as "no longer available/out of stock" with no future restock date. The most insulting part? Not a single person from Centre Com reached out to inform me of this. I had to go hunting for the information myself. I sent an email asking for a simple explanation and have received zero response to my questions. It is 2026—there is no excuse for a tech retailer to have such an abysmal inventory management system and even worse communication. They are happy to take your money, but when it comes to fulfilling their end of the deal or even answering a basic email, they disappear. Save yourself the headache and the "interest-free loan" you’re giving them. Shop at a retailer that actually values its customers and understands how to reply to an email. I will never spend a cent here again.

Terrible experience. I went in to purchase a CPU cooler which was fine and since I didn't want to risk messing up my build, I opted to have it installed professionally. They couldn't do it on the day of purchase due to it being labour day, that's fine. So I call up the next day and ask when I could pick it up, turns out it's going to be a FIVE BUSINESS DAY timeline just to install a bloody CPU cooler, ONE PART. The attendant had conveniently left out the timeline or I would have taken it to somewhere else. DON'T GO HERE FOR PART INSTALLATIONS, just buy your parts and go somewhere else, because that's all they seem to be good for.

I had a very bad experience with this store. I bought a graphics card that was supposed to be shipped within two days, but after almost ten days, it was never sent. Because of this delay, I had no choice but to request a refund. The refund process was also very slow and took more than a week. When I finally received it, I realized that they had kept part of my money and still have not returned it. I am now taking legal steps to resolve this issue. Every time I contacted them by phone, I was given false information. They kept changing their story and tried to mislead me instead of being honest. This company is not trustworthy. I do not recommend buying from them. It is a waste of time and money.

I went to buy a monitor for someone else, and I wasn’t sure which was the best option. Luckily, Anthony was keen to help me and showed me a wide range of options whilst be patient as we discussed the options and finally decided on a monitor. I am very happy with the monitor I purchased and also with the friendly service from Anthony who als helped me purchase a monitor arm for my current monitor. Highly recommend centrecom for their wide range of high quality products and excellent service!

I dealt with Centrecom Sunshine while putting together a high-end professional workstation, and the experience was outstanding. Harry was excellent from the start — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Later, Shaun stepped in and completely fine-tuned the build, turning it into a rock-solid, no-nonsense workstation focused on stability and real-world performance rather than flashy specs. The level of technical understanding, attention to detail, and integrity shown throughout the process was rare. No upselling, no gimmicks — just smart component choices and a system that works exactly as it should. If you’re building something serious and want it done properly, this team knows what they’re doing. It’s clear there are some very experienced technicians working behind the scenes at this store.

Zander & Jarrod's knowledge on PC components is second to none. They both took the time on multiple occasions to help me understand what parts would be suitable for my son's new gaming PC and helped me filter through the countless options. Zander & Jarrod also didn't try to sell me something that wasn't required and were super helpful at pointing me in the right direction. I'm extremely grateful that I was able to receive such a high standard of customer service from these two guys and I look forward to returning to this store in the future. Thank you Zander & Jarrod!!!
