Absolutely brilliant customer service at this store today. We took a couple of watches in to be fixed, and Patty and the team were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and even shared a few helpful tips with us. Highly recommend!
My partner purchased a beautiful ring as a gift for me from Wallace bishop Riverlink. We were greeted by Eugene and Suzanne, they were wonderful and treated us with respect. They answered our questions and providing all the assistance we needed. Absolutely amazing store.
I brought a necklace in to be repaired and had amazing customer service from I've. She went the extra mile and offered to polish my necklace as well, as she knew it was extremely important to me and had a pendant on it which contained the ashes of a beloved pet. Ivy's customer service skills were exceptional.
Absolutely horrible customer service today at this store. Took my dad’s watch in to get fixed and was met with some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced and then told by the man "no. We can’t fix this, this is a throw away watch", this watch was sentimental, regardless of what kind it was, at least TRY to help. (note: the watch cost a lot more than some of the ones sold in the store) I will NEVER step foot in this store again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I arrived at the store looking for a wedding band one of the lady’s recommended a ring for me to go with my engagement ring since I have bought that ring there have been 4 ring resizing every time I go to the store to try on the ring it doesn’t fit the store won’t provide me a refund due to the ring being sized I’m so annoyed that I have to keep driving to the store to just find out my ring is not fitting and they won’t even refund me the amount I spent on the ring it’s been over 2 months now I have never walked out of the store with that ring. I’m so annoyed and disappointed never again.
The lovely ladies at Wallace Bishop made everything so easy and amazing today. Going to proudly display my new Luke and Leia bust in my Nerdtopia. Thanks Ivy, Jodie and Francesca.
