Went to this store today to get a watch fixed,the answer was we don't fix things like that, so took it elsewhere, no problem. Not going back to that store again. Should be closed down. Found out that not only do they not fix watches anymore but if you bought something longer than 12 months ago or wasn't bought in the store forget it. Hopeless staff. Close your doors 🚪

So rude last time my watch broke they fixed it now all of a sudden we dont fix nothing No people skills at all people need retraining or to be fired why go into a customer job when they can't even be friendly over this experience will never buy another product from prouds

We buy jewellery a fair bit from this store. Good prices. Even better when their sales are on .the only negative think I would say. Is when I took earings back. To swap for something different. Because after reading the info in their catalogue they wouldn't work for what i needed them for. I asked if she refunded. She responded we don't refund just be you changed your mind. I didn't change my mind. They didn't meet my needs and I didn't have access to the extra information I needed at the time of purchase.

Visited 29/1 to get a watch changed over that I'd purchased as a present. Loved how the manager, assistant manager and young junior attendant worked as a team. They througly checked item was working, then realising that watch was defective, they immeadiately helped with accessing an alternative from a nearby store. Loved how the senior attendant supported the junior in doing a new task (ringing another store). You really can't ask for more. Each team member was a credit to the store and showed what customer service can really look like.
