From start to finish, the experience felt personal, thoughtful, and genuinely special. A huge shout out to Sandy, who helped design my pink and white diamond floral ring. Her creativity, patience, and incredible attention to detail were unmatched. She truly listened to what I wanted and brought it to life even better than I imagined. You can tell she pours her heart into her work, and it absolutely shows. I also purchased a beautiful rose gold diamond necklace, and it is just as stunning. Elegant, timeless, and crafted to perfection, it’s one of those pieces you never want to take off. The craftsmanship, service, and warmth from the entire team make Holdsworth Bros truly stand out. I’m beyond grateful and absolutely in love with my jewellery. These are pieces I’ll treasure forever. I ordered a lovely sapphire engagement ring from the Holdsworth Bros Knox store, and my partner and I couldn't be happier. A truly wonderful experience. We made a few visits into the Knox Holdsworth store to view engagement rings and this is where I fell in love with the Teal Sapphire. On 9/10/2024 my partner proposed in New York City with the most magnificent Teal Sapphire cluster ring. The quality and craftsmanship that has gone into to making my ring is like no other. We are still away, but I can't wait to visit the Knox store to personally thank everyone. I absolutely LOVE my ring. I look forward to working with the team again for our wedding bands.

My husband proposed to me during COVID which meant he didn’t have a ring at the time. Once retail was back open we headed straight to Holdsworth at Knox to chat to the ladies about the style of ring we were looking for and our budget. They were extremely helpful and I ended up choosing the most beautiful ceylon sapphire and diamond ring. I couldn’t be happier with my choice (both husband and ring) and get so many compliments.
