I had a watch battery replaced a month or so ago - it cost a lot more than I expected ($29) but I thought that maybe prices are going up for everything. They were very efficient and I got my watch back within half an hour. So perhaps the short turnaround was the reason for the high price. This week I went in to see about repairing a gold bracelet and was quoted $95 for a tiny solder. I then went to another jeweller and their price was $30 cheaper for the same repair. Just be aware is worth getting other quotes.

I went to the new store, such great customer service. I went in with my engagement ring as it needed to be repaired, very reasonably priced. Great information provided to me on my old jewellery, that could be used to create something new, with an obvious fee by the jeweller work/time. They also have lovely bespoke pieces, I will definitely be back! Thank-you, good that we have a good customer bespoke jewellers in Busselton

Surprised my wife with a vintage 1980’s Japanese Seiko for Christmas. Needed to get the band resized to fit her wrist. Took it in here as my online research led me to believe they were good with watch work and had a number of qualified watch workers. Gave exact measurement of wrist diameter required to the front desk lady (who was lovely) and watch worker named Ross. Once done took the watch home and realised he had cut the vintage band 1cm shorter than specified, not taking closed clasp length into account. Ultimately making it unwearable. Returned the watch that day and the staff notified us that it was cut to specification, which it clearly wasn’t. left it with them to see what they could do, had to personally call after 6 or so days to chase it up, hearing that there was nothing they could do apart from weld it back together had to go pick it up where was asked to pay for the resizing fee (15$ ) again even though already paid. Piss poor service, totally unprofessional and wife is really upset. Would steer clear of this place for any watch work and seek more professional service at a rival branch like Elysium.
