Bad experience in Prada Come to the store for the broken item, The attitude of the female saleswoman with glasses can be said to be very unfriendly. Seems like the staff doesn’t want to have any communication with us at all, and just easily throwing their phone to you for account login. When asking about some concern about the item, she just staring at you and doesn’t even talk. We still thanked her before we left but she just immediately playing on her phone and totally ignored us. I would wish google app can rate a zero star I would definitely do that, I have been to all the luxury stores in Chadstone, and only Prada gives me this kind of service attitude. I think it's Prada that are "luxury", not the staff member.
I was looking for a backpack. The lady salesman was not friendly. When I tried to carry it, her face became so sulky. I asked if I could take a photo that I was carrying. She was not happy. She said "ok". And she totally lost interest in me.
Had the most amazing experience recently with Sophie purchasing my men’s wallet She was fantastic and attentive Overall service was incredible and the experience buying a first time prada makes me want to re visit and deal with Sophie again
