I visited Van Cleef &Arpels at Chadstone shopping centre.What an experience again.!!!I have been buying from VCA in London and Dubai and I had high expectations from the store and they did not disappoint.The staff was amazing.Thank you so much to this beautiful girl from Taiwan ( I am not sure if I can say her name) but you can see her on one of the photos who was very knowledgeable and helped me to choose between the different watches I looked at.What an amazing experience again.Highly recommend to visit the store as you feel so special and happy once you have been looked after there.Thank you so much for your help. I am waiting for the new collection and pieces to arrive as well as the new events as the one you recently had, but I unfortunately missed.

I went in today dressed very averagely. I was greeted by Lawrence in a super warm, and genuine manner, clearly he did not judge the way I dressed but genuinely wanted to offer top tier experience on behalf of the brand. I looked at many products because I was being indecisive, Lawrence was patient, took the time to really understand what I was actually looking for. I was so impressed because the whole experience felt like a self discovery experience rather than someone trying to sell me something. Besides from the warmth from Lawrence, he really knew his products, a lot of knowledge. Lawrence earned a lot of respect from me, definitely one of the best experiences from a luxury brand so far.

I went to VCA to purchase my wife’s push present. Courtney assisted me in placing an order as the piece was not available. She kept me updated the whole time until the piece arrived a few weeks later. She made the experience very easy and stress-free. We met Sofia at VCA chadstone, and she's super sweet. She was kind enough to offer us champagne and chocolate. She has been very patient to accompany us to choose the right jewelry for me. Sofia gave us a perfect shopping experience because of her service. I would love to come again sometime, she made me love the VCA brand even more!

Although the store experience could be improved to bring on par with the international/flagship stores, even for the new customers. But the assistance provided by Vivien made up for it.

Terrible customer service. I purchased more than $25k in the last 7 months but received the worst service compared to other luxury brands. - Firstly, they have 2 options for the box - the hard and the soft one but the SA did not explain and just gave me the hard box without the travel pouch which I find it not suitable for travelling or even normal storage at home. - Secondly, I just want to change the name on the invoice after I purchased the pieces in 2 weeks and they said they can not do it due to their policy while the ATO says that the invoices can be ammended if the information is not correct. VCA can just accept the return and repurchase and it costs more money as they increase the price. I just felt like this would be the last time I purchase anything here. They just lose a loyal-to-be customer 🙄.
