They made trying on engagement rings so easy and comfortable, and my partner designed the perfect ring himself as a complete surprise thanks to their guidance. When we came back for wedding bands, the team at Chadstone was just as helpful and friendly. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I went here with my brother while he was looking for an engagement ring for his partner, and we had such a wonderful experience! The only reason we didn't purchase one from here was because of the budget, BUT I've definitely hinted to my husband that if we should come here for any future jewellery we want, because the customer service was absolutely wonderful! Seham took care of us and she was super friendly AND incredibly helpful. She made us feel welcome from the very start. We actually walked into a couple places where they wouldn't even LOOK at us, or if they did, they looked at us as though we didn't belong there. So Seham's warm welcome was VERY appreciated. Not only that...the jewellery here is so beautiful! Thank you so much for a beautiful experience!

My partner and I are beyond happy and grateful with the service of all the sales people in Chadstone! Specially to Gina and Marleen who were both gracious with our inquiries and requests. I was lucky enough to win one of the IG voucher giveaways and was offered a super exciting opportunity to come in-store and meet with a diamond expert for a custom design. We met Mel G who absolutely incredible. She was beyond helpful and we ended up purchasing an engagement ring as well as both weddings bands. We got to collect our rings today and they are stunning. Really excited for the future and incredibly grateful for how we were guided in the process.
