I wanted to buy but a lady ( who seem to have a speech problem) was so afraid that i would run away her jewellery. Not really my faves shop. I am not a thief, never was and never will be. Imagine she immediately put inside in the cabinet. So i did not continue what i planned which, i said the earrings you sold to me bends, and she fixed it with a flier. I bought a lot at other best shop on the coast and never had a record as a shop lifter, maybe they are. There are shops with more quality jewelries than this. I rang the supervisor straight away and she is also rude than her staff. God bless you madam, you’ve destroyed my shopping time. Full of garbage. .

We couldn’t be happier for how Leanne (today) and Gaven (yesterday) have treated us as such valued customers, putting us first! They helped to get a watch that wasn’t in store, in the very next day! Sadly, I had a terrible experience with this store. I purchased a ring for my partner for Christmas. The ring then broke a mere four months later after minimal wear. I went into the Robina store to sort this out. The store manager messed me around on two different occasions - making me wait for long periods - to sort out the repair. The manager was very insincere and unhelpful. Finally they accepted the ring for repair. Sent it off. Got a call weeks later from an excited person stating I could come and pick it up. Drove all the way there to be told, 'Sorry, we couldn't fix it." Why? They couldn't tell me. After I refused a store credit, they then proceeded to make me wait in store for half an hour to get a refund because they were too busy talking to other customers than to fix my problem. Not the way I would deal with a customer who had been messed around over months because of a faulty product! Never again will I buy from Angus and Coote. So sad that any shred of customer service went out the window when I because a 'problem' for them. They clearly aren't worried about their brand perception!!

Please heed this advice and not spend your hard earned cash in a store with uniformed and rude staff. I was provided with incorrect information by staff and when my call was not returned as I was advised it would be was informed by another that all issues I experienced were due to a lack of staff and that I was condescending. While I advised I empathised with the situation it was nor my issue as a customer. I was told to go elsewhere and that is what I will do. Best of luck to those attending this unhelpful store on the GC.

Buying a half a Carat diamond with white gold earrings and they treated me very badly. The initial girl I spoke to had no idea what she was doing but acted as if she was above me and knew everything, then the older lady treated me like a child also. I am a 29 year old man trying to buy a nice present for my partner and I walked out of the store feeling belittled. I am going to Pacific Fair Angus and Coote to buy the earrings, hopefully they are more pleasant!!!

Saved for a long time to purchase an expensive belcher chain. The clasp broke on the first day of wearing and Angus and Coote refused to refund. I am now left with a $1300 chain that I cannot do up. I am beyond devastated!! Will never EVER purchase from these guys again and will make sure that no one I know ever does.
