I’ve been shopping with Mazzucchelli’s for more than two years, and their service has always been excellent. Recently, I visited the Chaddy store to service my Tissot watch, even though it wasn’t originally purchased there. jinyi assisted me once again, I previously bought a ring from her when I was in Canberra. She kindly mentioned that booking the service directly with Tissot in Richmond would be faster, as the watch would otherwise be dispatched the following Thursday to their head office before being sent to Tissot. Even so, I still chose to leave the watch through her, simply because it gave me the chance to see her again.

Great customer service. They helped us to find our wedding rings at last moment of the events. They were fantastic in customer service. Special thanks to Jingyi Sun for helping us and giving us proper time and attention to select our engagement and wedding rings + watch. Highly recommended. Appreciate their efforts.

I’m so upset with this store. Cos I was ordering a watch at the store and they ask me to pay for full price. After I pay for that about 20min they told me the has been sold. So I would like to get refund. But the staff doesn’t know how to refund. End up I paid another 800$ on top of that. Since last Tuesday I did get any solution from them. Also I tried to call then many asking about that. They said waiting for head office to respond. So like the store couldn’t help costumer at all.

Avoid this store. Took Tissot Watch for repair under warranty and was told to take to Tissot in the CBD myself instead as they couldn’t see my watch in their system. Tissot spoke to their manager on phone while I was there to say it was ok to send to them and after debating with her the Tissot representative apologised to me and told me they would sort it out directly via post given the store wasn’t meeting their agreed obligations. Mazzuchellis 0%. Tissot support 100%. Buy elsewhere.

We originally had started off at Michael Hill and the service was nothing compared to what was offered here for EOFY! I will forever be grateful for the work Sepe and Rose did for me and my fiancé when we decided to go all in and get two rings very last minute after we saw it displayed in the window. Each one of them was like a mother guiding us through the complex process of deciding on so many rings and I can’t wait to go back and buy the watches we were eyeballing. Thanks so much guys!
