Pandora Chadstone

I visited intending to purchase three pairs of earrings. The downstairs store provided excellent service and directed me upstairs, stating the items were in stock there. Upstairs, I waited around five minutes to be served despite only one other customer and two staff members present. When I was finally assisted, I was told the earrings were not available. After explaining what I had been told downstairs, the staff member said she would check but instead spent several minutes on unrelated tasks. When I showed frustration, she responded curtly and claimed she was still looking, which did not appear to be the case. I left without making a purchase due to the poor service.

sweetest worker helped me today!! she was very patient, kind and accommodating, complimented not only my bracelet but my nails and perfume, made my exchange and purchase super duper pleasant and i’ll definitely be back if she’s present! 💓💓💓

Amelia was so kind and helpful. Good experience. I bought a ring from the Gold Coast, but it was too loose. I went to Pandora Chadstone, and they kindly exchanged it for me (I had the receipt). Tiannah was very polite and helpful — great customer service!

Just went here with my mum to get a nice birthday gift for her, assisted by Ellena who was extremely nice and patient with us, helping us choose and find the perfect pick for my mum, even going as far ad staying a little bit past closing hours to help us. an absolutely amazing experience shopping here especially with the help of Ellena.

Went in on the Saturday of the Black Friday weekend and the place was a mess. The queue was ridiculously long, and despite how busy it was, the staff made zero effort to speed things up or help customers waiting. No communication, no urgency — just chaos. Really disappointing experience.

Went to get an engraved charm and I had such a good experience. We were served by Claudia and she was so friendly and had so much information about the engraving process. Definitely be coming back to be served by her

It was black friday and I just asked "how many discounts for this one?", and your staff answered "sorry im handling a customer right now" without even asking me to wait, she could just answer me and continue to handle the previous customer, how hard is it? I don’t even ask her help for anything. Is she not smart enough to multitasking?
