Best service from Mikko, Branch Manager, and Gary in the sales team. Bought beautiful gold balls and they wove it in with tigers eye bracelet. They were attentive and patient, with great product range.

It is very hard to find 24k gold in Melbourne. I was so surprised to see such a beautiful store in chadstone . Me and my friends went shopping to find a gift for an new born baby and our experience at this store could not have been more positive. It did take a little while for us to work through what we want with a tight budget, but we finally decided on this baby bangle. The quality /design of the band particularly felt far superior to others and we were so impressed with the service. All the staff were so wonderful to interact with. Thank you Mikko and siri for being so patient, knowledgable and helpful. Even after the purchase was made , we still have a lovely chat about 24k gold, I can see their are very passionate with what they were doing. We had such a fantastic experience here and Highly recommend this place!

Staff need to ease up on shadowing customers—it’s uncomfortable and unnecessary. No one is lining up to steal jewellery that looks cheap but carries luxury-level price tags. The overbearing approach only makes the already gaudy pieces seem even less desirable. And there's no way that you have perfect 5 star review unless you're deleting them. Im guessing people complained about this in the past. Listen to people and take this as a learning curve
