Worst customer experience ever. Both girls don’t want to do their jobs. Not sure why Pandora is paying them for. Lazy and arrogant. No respect for customers.

This product is rubbish Changed colour and they have a policy no return It’s very cheap , don’t waste your money

Worst customer service. There are 2 staff both of them were very rude, lazy and uninterested to help. Never visit again.

Had a great experience at Pandora! Went in to exchange my bangle for a larger size, and the staff was very helpful. Excellent service and a great atmosphere. The new store looks amazing!

Their Cranbourne plaza shop is under construction,but they have set up a stall just in front of it. Two very sweet and polite ladies take care of it.Bought a pair of earings. They have still managed to display much of the stuff in the stall.

I was being served by a lovely, helpful girl as I was trying to buy my partner a necklace. As I was choosing from the necklaces, we were rudely interrupted by the store manager. She was extremely rude and unhelpful to me and the girl working there. Good initial customer service turned into a nightmare by the manager. I cannot imagine being a worker with her as the manager, I really feel for those girls.

Pre-Christmas it was packed but the crowd managed really well. Fairly quick to get inside. Special offer because I wanted 2 Christmas themed items I was gifted a free bracelet to wear them on. Cheerful service complete with 'Merry Christmas' as we were leaving.
