Every single time I do an online order the quality of fruit, vegetables and meat is the worst. They pick the items consumers in store don’t buy because they are below quality and give it to the online orders. Since revised and updated to 4 stars because the manager "Katie" is a gem and gives confidence this can be resolved ongoing. Got an order this morning and finally! Fresh produce for once, thanks Katie!!
Came in after school drop off and the store only had self serve checkouts open. Someone opened an express checkout because I had a full trolley. But because there's no conveyer belt or much space at the register, my groceries were literally falling on the ground. Then the checkout employee kept passive aggressively repeating "when you're ready" for me to make payment. I'm clearly not ready when I'm trying to pick up my dropped bao buns off the ground!!
Great little shopping centre for a quick stop or a full shop. Also has plenty of food ideas for sit in or takeaway. Also has a hairdresser, nail place, post office and more
Had the wonderful opportunity to be served by the wonderful Lani on lane 5 today. I had a whole trolley full of groceries and 3 kids in tow she was an absolute pleasure she interacted so kindly and patiently with my children as I unloaded the groceries and took her time not to rush bag placement on my products!! I don’t usually leave reviews but she definitely deserves the credit for a stress free experience and awesome customer service.
Would of been nice to know waiting at 7am to get best buy slurpy ice cream maker that the store only got 1 in stock pretty poor effort after all the hype for them

Probably the best Coles store on the coast!!!. Massive store with wide aisles, terrific fresh bakery, good meat & deli sections. I have found items in this shop that have been removed in other Coles stores.
