We had such a wonderful experience with Grew & Co creating our wedding bands. Simon and Fernanda were incredibly patient and attentive throughout the whole process. My bands were custom designed to fit my marquise engagement ring, and they didn’t hesitate to remake the prototypes multiple times until they were perfect. Joao’s ring is especially meaningful — it was his grandfather’s wedding band, and Simon gave it a whole new life while preserving the sentiment and history behind it. We absolutely love our pieces and couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship and care. We’ll definitely be back in the future for more pieces. Highly recommend! 🤍

I had the sweetest experience at Grew & Co. Sarah was truly wonderful — so patient, gentle, and genuinely excited to help me find a replacement ring. I spent most of my time communicating with her, and she made everything feel calm, special, and easy. Maddie was just as kind and lovely and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure meeting her. The communication was beautiful from start to finish, and I felt so cared for the whole time. And my engagement ring… I’m honestly in love with it. After shopping around with 7 other jewellers, our front runner by far was Grew & Co. We recently purchased the most stunning engagement ring. There were a few reasons we went with G&Co, but the main reason that stood out amongst the rest was their attention to detail, finesse and top tier customer service. As someone who is a novice in diamonds, there was a level of trust built to know we were in the right hands. Hilary searched high and low to find the perfect diamond based on our requirements, providing photo’s, certificates, in store viewings and still kept looking after we locked in our agreed engagement ring to make sure she found the perfect ratio. We are thankful she did as we ended up going with the alternative. I love that it didn’t just feel like a sale. It was a lifelong commitment and was treated accordingly. We appreciated the fact that the engagement ring was made in store with the option for free resizing within 6 months amongst many other benefits. We cannot thank Hilary & the staff at Grew & Co enough for going above and beyond for us and will be raving about you all to anyone interested in the future.
