Prouds the Jewellers Parramatta

I went Friday afternoon to exchange one pair of diamond earring called 2 female but nobody did not answer even if they are busy they should tell me that to wait 2 min or something. Look like they are baised. Then asked another women she was so helpful even though she suggest me to select one pair of diamond earrings and also explain everything. Later i asked her name she told me her name suzan.So she was too good.Everybody should like her. She understand customer value.

Visited Prouds the Jewellers in Parramatta and purchased a watch and a necklace. I was very happy with both the quality and the value for money. The customer service was excellent , staff were knowledgeable, patient, and helped me choose the right pieces. A smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

I just asked to set my watch time which settings i forgot but so rude and unpleasant, unprofessional services. After waiting 15 mins got reply that they wont do time change for any outside watches. Such rude and unpleasant experiences. They are watch sellers and they should understand values of customer. If they don’t provide just service on the name of PROUD name then they shouldnt stay longer in the market. I wont ever buy anything from Proud’s nor let my any family or Friends let buy. Thats my word. Thank you 🙂

Extremely disappointed with the service at Prouds Westfield Parramatta. We tried to exchange a faulty watch bought at the Top Ryde store, and the staff made the whole thing stressful and unpleasant. ​Georgia was rude, the manager Alex acted like we were an inconvenience to his schedule, and Joyce had also not given attention. They treated us like we were asking for a handout rather than just trying to resolve an issue with a product we paid for. Pathetic behavior and a total lack of professionalism.

I had such a wonderful experience with Joyce and Gloria! Joyce has the most welcoming and genuine spirit—she made me feel right the moment I walked in. Her suggestions were spot on and perfectly aligned with my taste, which is probably why I ended up leaving with three great items I absolutely love! Gloria was just as amazing—a total sweetheart! She listened to what I was looking for and helped guide me toward something stylish and trendy that I wouldn’t have found on my own. Both Joyce and Gloria made my shopping experience so enjoyable and personal. Their warmth, attention to detail, and great eye for style truly set them apart. Highly recommend!

Worst exchange policy ever. They say items can only be exchanged, not returned — but when we go for an exchange, they refuse, saying it’s not a company defect. How are customers supposed to know the issue without actually wearing the watch? We don’t buy watches just to decorate them at home. Very disappointing customer service. #Watch #CustomerExperience

Had an amazing customer service experience with Susan today. She's amazing! Very helpful, patient, attentive and she knows her stuff. With her knowledge I was able to make an informed decision.
