Just had my wedding rings cleaned and polished and re-dipped. Looks fantastic. Great job and well priced Also had a ring resized. Looks amazing and another ring repaired where my stone fell out of the ring. Very happy with all of it and the prices. Will definitely be back and definitely recommend to everyone.

Have dealt with Dwayne Designs over many years and have always found them very helpful, they have a wide range of stock items at very reasonable prices. Excellent for getting things done and repaired and created from scratch. For example recently had some rings resized and they made a brand new ring using an Opal that we supplied. We choose a design from one of their sketches and the end result was really excellent

Disappointing end to a long relationship with a retailer who I had valued. Serious error made on Insurance quote that has caused an issue and prolonged settlement with the replacement - Nothing was done to contact me nor apologise for the issue. I had to contact them , waiting 3 days after my initial complaint. Customer service is everything in this market. Very very disappointed. Wont be coming back.

I trust this jeweller with my precious items. They have repaired my engagement ring twice (my fault entirely) and the result was fantastic. My son organised an engagement ring remotely during COVID and it was beautiful.
