DECJUBA Doncaster

I just had the best customer experience from their Doncaster store. I live in Mornington and do not even get acknowledged a lot of the times I have shopped locally. Claudia from Doncaster was delightfully helpful and gave me such great service that I needed to express this. She was not pushy but offered me advice just like shopping with an honest friend! Loved it and I spent more than I thought but so happy with my purchase thanks to Claudia! Great job and I will definitely be going back.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Fay, who was behind the counter at Doncaster store. Instead of accepting my return for a faulty item, she placed blame on me and seemed unwilling to assist in resolving the issue. Her attitude felt quite rude, and I believe that it would be beneficial for suchlike staff to receive additional training to better represent. That said , I truly appreciate of customer service of Decjuba head office who understand customers well and sort out any problem of products promptly.

Ebony helped me 2 days ago at the Doncaster store during my first ever visit to this brand/store. Ebony was friendly, helpful and attentive. I bought 2 tees and listened to her advice in regards to size as I have been on a weight loss journey. Ebony made my day and I cannot wait to visit the store again and buy some more.
